Load Out / Pickup Days: Friday, February 17th, 10 am to 5 pm & Saturday February 18th, 9am to 1pm

Pickup Location:  N. 3rd Street, Manchester Oklahoma, 73758

Directions to Pick up: Travel East down Main Street in Manchester past the Coop towards the community center, on your left will be 3rd Street, turn North on 3rd, the property is at the end of the block on the right. Watch for Signs. 

Terms: All items sold as-is, where-is. The buyer is responsible for timely pickup and removal of all purchased items upon payment in full. Arrangements will be made on all large items in need of disassembly, however, must be done promptly or risk forfeiture. Please bring your own help and tools for removal. Payment can be made in cash, debit/credit card, and Check prior to pick up and removal of any items. Online Buyer's Premium of 10% Applies, with a $1000.00 Cap Per Individual Lot. Announcements made at the time of sale supersede any prior statements. All sales are final.
