Terms: All items sold as-is, where-is. The buyer is responsible for timely pickup and removal of all purchased items upon payment in full. Arrangements will be made on all large items in need of disassembly, however, must be done promptly or risk forfeiture. Please bring your own help and tools for removal. Payment can be made in cash, debit/credit card, and Check prior to pickup and removal of any items. Online Buyer's Premium of 10% Applies, with a $750.00 Cap Per Individual Lot. Announcements made at the time of sale supersede any prior statements. All sales are final.
