Tract # 1 Legal Description (Surface Only): 160 plus-minus Acres located inNW4 of Section 16 - T25N - R10WIM, Alfalfa County Oklahoma, containing 160 acres, more or less.

Land Overview:An approx. 160-acre tract, the farm has rolling terrain and is terraced with approx. 93 acres of cropland on the north side, 30 acres of cropland on the south side, with the balance in the middle in native grassland, dividing the two cropland portions.
