Directions to the Property: From the Hwy 160 / Hwy 14 Intersection on the west side of Harper, travel north on Highway 14 approx. 2 miles to 110 Ave, then travel west approx. 2.5 miles to NW 30 RD. If the bridge is out you will need to go on north to county road 120 Ave, then approx. 2.5 miles west, then back south approx. 1/2 mile on NW 30 RD. Watch for Signs.

Taxes: Per the Harper County Assessor Records taxes for 2020 were $ 462.34. 2022 Taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
