Farm Location:From the Hwy 11 / Hwy 132 Intersection, travel North on Hwy 132 three (3) miles to Johnston Road, then travel one (1) mile East on Johnston Road. The land is located NE of the Johnston / CR 800 intersection. Watch for Signs.

Off-Site Auction Location: We will conduct the auction live, Off-Site at the Wakita Senior Citizens Bldg, in Wakita Oklahoma on Thursday February 8th at 10 am.

Land Information:This is a great established all grassland quarter with the Sand Creek dividing the property, allowing for a nice water supply even in the dry years. The farm has open areas of grassland on both sides of the creek, with a nice amount of dense timber in the center and towards the northern end of the tract, allowing for nice whitetail deer hunting. Please note: there is no fencing included with the sale of the property, any hotwire fencing and cattle equipment is property of the current tenant, who has agreed to remove livestock and equipment by the time of closing.
