Preview Date: Sunday, March 19th - 1 pm to 6 pm, and by appointment on certain items. Contact Auction manager for specific item you are interested in. 

Timed Online Auction Ends: Thursday March 23rd @ 6 pm CST

Staggered Ending Times: Lots will close in groups of three (3), with one (1) minuet intervals to allow bidders to follow all items close in the auction.

Payment/Load-Out/Shipping Info. Please Read Carefully

Payment: Payments may be made online or onsite, however no items shall be released until your invoice is paid in full. Payments can be in the form of cash, ACH transfer, cashier checks, personal checks, and credit cards on smaller items. If paying with a credit card, a 3.5% credit card charge applies. No credit card will be accepted on titled vehicles or items. Sales Tax will be applied as applicable, exceptions must be presented to the auction company.

ALL Payments must be received prior to pickup of any items.

Buyer's Premium: 15 % Buyers Premium Applies, capped at $1,000 per individual item.

NOTE: Please check your email following the close of the auction, please check Junk and Spam folders, and if you believe you have won items and have not received an email within 2 hours of the last item ending, call the main office @ 580 596-3838

Load Out: Two Day Load Out!! Friday March 24th 10 am to 6pm & Saturday March 25th 9am to 6 pm.

Loader is not guaranteed, please plan accordingly. Staff is limited, please come prepared. Auction company does not provide boxes, packing, or help to load furniture or large items, please come prepared.

Pickup Arrangements: If you are unable to pick up your items, please contact the auction manager or the auction company. The auction company can arrange to have your items removed from the auction site and delivered to the main office. Charges will apply for this service. Buyers will have one week from the conclusion of the final load out day to retrieve their items. If Buyer(s) do not retrieve their items after one week, the items will be returned to the Seller and declared forfeited by the Buyer(s). No refunds will be given, no exceptions.

Shipping: Shipping is Available on smaller items, though arrangements need to be made at the time of payment, and payment for shipping will separate transactions.
