Nice 80-acre tract with newer fencing, nice balance of established cropland acres, and established pasture, creek, timber and cover. Good whitetail deer / hunting potential with this tract, offering areas of brush and cover, and nice open areas. Nice stock farm with its available water, and tillable acres for winter wheat grazing.
