Auction Process & Terms

If a bid is placed within the final five (5) minutes of a lot’s closing, that lot will automatically extend for an additional five (5) minutes. Extensions continue until all bidding has ceased.

• Payment is required in full prior to pickup.

• Invoices will be emailed after the auction closes and include a secure payment link.

• Payments are also accepted in person at Bellamy & Co. LLC’s main office (cash or check).

• Prompt payment is expected to ensure timely settlement for the Seller.

⚠️ Bidder Responsibility

If you cannot perform, please do not bid. Bellamy & Co. LLC will take all steps necessary to collect the Seller’s proceeds.

💲 Buyer’s Premium

• A 10% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases, capped at $2,000 per individual item.
