Directions & Access: From the Highway 45/281 intersection south of Hopeton, continue just past the curve and turn south onto County Road 430. Travel approximately 5 miles to Caddo Road, then turn west and continue approximately ¾ mile. The property lies on the north side of the road.

This route leads to the farm’s southern boundary and primary access point. An alternate route follows an oilfield location road west from County Road 430 into the property. Please refer to the aerial maps for access details.

Land Overview: An approx. 240-acre contiguous tract of native grassland, timber/cover/ and perimeter fencing. Open areas of grassland for cattle grazing, hunting & recreation.
