Tract Information: Primary cropland tract with rolling terrain, terraced for watershed. An approx. 3.42-acre tract serving as a waterway in the middle of the overall tract with an additional approx. 4-acre area of timber and grassland in the far NW corner, and another 4-acre area of established trees in the NE corner of the tract.
