Tract Overview: Good productive cropland quarter with additional hunting potential with a live timberlined creek. FSA mapping shows approx. 75.09 acres of tillable cropland on the east side of the quarter and an extra 22.97 acres of tillable cropland on the west side. The balance, approx. 59 acres are located in the center, consisting of Crooked Creek, established trees, and pastureland.

The center portion consists of approx—52 acres of established pastureland.

Principal Soil Types for Tract: 65% Class 1 McClain Silt Loam, 14% Class 1 Dale Silt Loam, 11% Class 1 Pond Creek Silt Loam, and the balance being Class Reinach Fine Sandy Loam.
