Directions to the Farm: From 81 Hwy approx. 1 mile North of Renfrow OK, travel approx. 4 miles East on Major Road.

Tract Information: Primary cropland quarter, the farm has a draw on the western portion for drainage, and is slightly terraced.

FSA Information: Per the Farm Service Agency, the tract consists of a total Farmland of 151.40 acres, with a Wheat Base of 150.36 acres, and a PLC Yield of 39 Bu.

Soil Information: Per soil mapping data, the tract consists primarily of Class 2 Kirkland Silt Loam and Class 2 Tabler Silt Loam, balance being in Kirkland Silt Loam Class 3.
