⏱ AUTO-EXTEND BIDDING
If a bid is placed within the last five (5) minutes of a lot’s closing, that lot will automatically extend for an additional five (5) minutes. Extensions continue until all bidding has ceased.

📍 Locations are listed on the individual lot pages. If loading assistance is available, it will also be noted. Please call ahead prior to inspection or removal to make appropriate accommodations.

💵 PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Payment must be received in full before pickup.
Invoices will be emailed after the close of the auction with a secure pay link.
Payments are also accepted in person by cash or check at our main office.
Prompt payment is required.

⚠️ If you cannot perform, please do not bid. Bellamy & Co. LLC will take all steps necessary to collect our sellers’ proceeds.

💲 BUYER’S PREMIUM
A 10% Buyer’s Premium applies, capped at $2,000 per individual item.

🏷 ITEM CONDITION
All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”
No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
Bellamy & Co. LLC has conducted no operational assessments.
Items have been photographed only.
