AUCTION PROCESS & TERMS

 AUTO-EXTEND BIDDING

• If a bid is placed within the last five (5) minutes of a lot’s closing, that lot will automatically extend for an additional five (5) minutes. Extensions continue until all bidding has ceased.

 GENERAL BIDDING INFORMATION

• Please read the full Terms & Conditions before bidding.
• Photographs are part of the description.
• All measurements and descriptions are approximate.
•  Locations are listed on the individual lot pages. If loading assistance is available, it will also be noted. Please call ahead prior to inspection or removal to make appropriate accommodations.

 PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Payment must be received in full before pickup.
• Invoices will be emailed after the close of the auction with a secure pay link.
• Payments are also accepted in person by cash or check at our main office.
• Prompt payment is required.

 If you cannot perform, please do not bid. Bellamy & Co. LLC will take all steps necessary to collect our sellers’ proceeds.

 BUYER’S PREMIUM

• A 10% Buyer’s Premium applies, capped at $2,000 per individual item.

 ITEM CONDITION

• All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”
• No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
• Bellamy & Co. LLC has conducted no operational assessments.
• Items have been photographed only.

 BIDDING TIPS
 Use Watch Lots to follow your desired items.
 Place early bids to stay in the game.
 Use the Max Bid feature — the system will keep you in until another bidder exceeds your maximum.
