Tract Information: Predominantly tillable cropland quarter, with good soil types, former home site with beautiful established Oak Tree’s, approx. 80′ x 36′ hay barn with additional 18′ lean-to, a Stucco Workshop building approx. 30′ x 18′, smaller 13′ x 12′ storage shed, two older box cars used for storage, and a small catch pen for cattle.
