Bidding will begin closing on Thursday, March 26th at 6:00 PM (CST).

AUCTION PROCESS & TERMS

⏱ Auto-Extend Bidding

If a bid is placed within the final five (5) minutes of a lot’s closing time, bidding on that lot will automatically extend an additional five (5) minutes. Extensions will continue until all bidding activity has ceased.

💵 Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full prior to pickup.

• Invoices will be emailed following the close of the auction with a secure online payment link
• Payments may also be made in person by cash or check
• Prompt payment is required

⚠️ Bidders are entering a binding purchase contract.
If you cannot complete the transaction, please do not bid. Bellamy & Co. LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies necessary to collect proceeds owed to the seller.

💲 Buyer’s Premium

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases, capped at $2,000 per individual lot.

All property sells AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

Bellamy & Co. LLC has not conducted operational testing of any equipment or items unless otherwise noted. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding.

All purchases must be paid for prior to pickup.

Items not removed during the scheduled loadout may be subject to forfeiture or disposal unless prior arrangements are made.
