AUCTION PROCESS & TERMS

⏱ AUTO-EXTEND BIDDING

• If a bid is placed within the last five (5) minutes of a lot’s closing, that lot will automatically extend for an additional five (5) minutes. Extensions continue until all bidding has ceased.

💵 PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Payment must be received in full before pickup.
• Invoices will be emailed after the close of the auction with a secure pay link.
• Payments are also accepted in person by cash or check at our main office.
• Prompt payment is required.

⚠️ If you cannot perform, please do not bid. Bellamy & Co. LLC will take all steps necessary to collect our sellers’ proceeds.

💲 BUYER’S PREMIUM

• A 10% Buyer’s Premium applies, capped at $2,000 per individual item.

🏷 ITEM CONDITION

• All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”
• No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
• Bellamy & Co. LLC has conducted no operational assessments.
• Items have been photographed only.

Bidding Ends: Thursday, June 11th, beginning at 6 pm 

• Invoices will be sent following the close of the final item.
• You can pay online via the payment link in your invoice.
• All items must be paid for prior to being picked up.

Load Out: 

• Friday, June 12th 1pm- 6pm and Saturday, June 13th, both 10am to 2 pm
