Tract Information: Predominantly tillable cropland quarter, with good soil types, creek dividing the tract from north to South. FSA mapping shows approx. 89.21 acres of tillable cropland on the East side of the creek, and approx. 44.23 acres of tillable cropland on the west side, with an additional 11 acres in the far northwest corner, the balance being in the timber-lined creek portion.
