Types of Auctions We Offer:

Live Auctions 
An auction event that is held on site or at a neutral location, and are conducted by the auctioneer “calling the bid” in a traditional auction chant style.

Online Only Auctions
Auctions that are entirely conducted and transacted through 100% online bidding via the internet. Normally, these are timed events where the buyers have a set amount of time to competitively bid on property with a designated close time. This method is ideal for unique types of property, and allows our company to expose our client’s property to a worldwide market of Buyers.

Live Auction with Simulcast Online Bidding
These are auctions where the seller and buyer can achieve the best of both worlds. These auctions combine the “live auction” method and the “online” auction method. Buyers can choose either to show up at the auction and bid to the auctioneer or bid live in real time online via the internet. This allows our company to not only capitalize on the local market for our clients, but also allows our sellers to expose their property to a worldwide market of potential buyers.

Auctions with an Undisclosed Reserve 
An auction event in which the seller and auction company mutually agree that the property will not sell unless an undisclosed reserve price is met or achieved. Basically, if the auction price does not meet or exceed the reserve price, the property does not sell.
